Inpro Development Corporation

Modem

WARNING!

Inpro produces unique modems which have no analogues. That is why it's not easy to find them and buy. There is so big demand for them that Inpro stopped assemblage of any models except IDC-2814 ones. These modems are based on the AT&T chipset and Russian microprogram.

AT&T command set

IDC-1914 BXL

AT&FL1W2S10=30S63=60S72=6S95=3 OK AT&D3%C\C1\N5\T5"O64S99=4S108=2S113=5 OK

%C disables only MNP5 compression here, so it is preferable to turn it off. All other comands act accordingly to the AT&T command set. This modem likes hardware reset (&D3).

IDC-2814 BXL

AT&FL1W2S10=30S36=30S41=19S44=192 OK AT&D3%C\C1\N4\T5"O64S64=9S82=6 OK

This modem has big differencies in S-registers to the previous, but command set is mostly common.
Note: all the data about IDC modems here are related to the Russian versions.
